1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MoneyMindTool (moneymindtool.com), operated by DigiCreature Technologies, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Financial calculators — scope and limitations

• Our calculators are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• All results are estimates based on standard formulas, user-provided inputs, and publicly available rates (RBI, CBDT, EPFO, SEBI, GST Council).
• Calculators do not account for individual circumstances, specific financial products, or changes in regulations that occur after the last update date shown on each page.
• Our tools are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, reproduce, or embed our calculators on another website without written permission.
• We are not financial advisors. Consult a qualified financial advisor, chartered accountant, or tax professional before making financial decisions based on calculator results.

3. No liability

MoneyMindTool and DigiCreature Technologies are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Errors in calculator results due to incorrect user inputs.
• Changes in tax laws, interest rates, or financial regulations after the page's last update.
• Decisions made based on calculator estimates without professional advice.
• Service interruptions, bugs, or technical issues.

4. Website development services

DigiCreature Technologies offers professional website development services as described on our Web Development page. The following terms apply:

• Pricing: All quoted prices are starting prices and are limited to the specific subjects, concepts, functionalities, and number of pages described in each plan.
• Scope: Additional pages, custom features, third-party API integrations, custom animations, or functionality beyond the stated scope will be quoted and billed separately after mutual written agreement.
• Server and hosting: Server hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and CDN costs are not included in development pricing and are additionally chargeable based on the provider and plan chosen by the client.
• Maintenance: Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for security patches, uptime monitoring, backups, and minor content updates is additionally chargeable and quoted separately.
• Content: Text, photographs, logos, and brand guidelines must be supplied by the client unless a content-writing or brand-design add-on is purchased.
• GST: All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (currently 18%).
• Payment: 50% advance payment required to commence work. Remaining 50% due before final deployment to production.
• Revisions: Two rounds of design revisions are included per plan. Further revisions may be billed at an hourly rate agreed in advance.
• Timelines: Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on timely supply of content and feedback by the client.
• Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the website code, design, and content. DigiCreature Technologies retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual property

All content on MoneyMindTool — including text, calculator code, designs, logos, and graphics — is owned by DigiCreature Technologies and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

Our site may contain links to third-party websites (banks, mutual fund platforms, government portals). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Affiliate links are clearly disclosed.

7. Advertising

We display advertisements through Google AdSense to fund our free tools. Ad content is served by Google and is governed by Google's advertising policies. We do not control which specific ads appear on our pages.

8. Privacy

Your use of MoneyMindTool is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
